Use of Exposure Visits – to various
successful institutions, interventions and best practices
etc., particularly for the community
Developing cultural teams for communication – At least 9 – 10 communication campaigns
will be done at the village level building the capacities
and sensitizing the stakeholders. One cultural team will be
identified for each cluster from within the community. These
cultural teams will be mostly traditional artists who will
be trained on the project.
Development of Community Reporting system - The project will develop a mechanism of
community reporting system. The project will develop
Community Service Providers like community reporter at the
village level. They will coordinate the communication
process at the Panchayat level and document the project
activities.
Use of traditional media – The
project will use various traditional media (particularly
cultural folk traces and art forms) for communicating the
messages about the project.
State Level Development Communication Resource Agency (SLDCRA) – The Agency will assist the
Project in developing the communication strategy. The SLDCRA
will be used to train TOTs (at least 10 per district) who
will in turn train the cultural teams on the project and the
communication strategy to be adopted.
Mechanism for continuous identification of needs – the project will develop mechanisms like
dovetailing with the process monitoring, internal project
reports and conducting periodical studies to identify the
needs.
Mechanism for learning based on feedback and information exchanges – the project will develop
cross learning exercises, exposure visits, prepare documents
and disseminate so that a feedback and information exchange
system is established.
Use of Information Technology –
Project will develop a portal on livelihood related
information and activities. It will also meet both internal
and external IT needs.
